  • Due to hygiene reasons, undergarments are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • To qualify for a refund, you must report the issue within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

2. Refund Process

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order details and attach clear images of the defective or incorrect item.
  3. Once approved, we will initiate the refund process.

3. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (Bank Transfer for prepaid orders).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer after confirmation.
  • Processing time for refunds may take 7-10 business days after approval.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind or incorrect size selection.
  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Orders reported after 3 days of delivery.
